Products
Many water and wastewater treatment facilities find value in our products that help them meet a variety of applications. We offer a complete line of fluid system components, including fittings, valves, and hose products, all backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Swagelok® tube fittings are easy to install, disassemble, and reassemble, delivering a leak-tight seal. Find tube fittings in 316/316L stainless steel and other alloys for corrosive environments, as well as pipe fittings, weld fittings, assembly-by-torque (AbT) fittings, metal gasket face seal fittings, PFA fittings, vacuum fittings, and flange adapters.
PTFE and PFA core hoses provide flexibility and chemical compatibility for low-pressure applications. We also offer rubber hose, thermoplastic hose, and PFA and vinyl flexible tubing, for practically all pressure and temperature requirements. Our in-house hose assembly options can handle many custom requests as well.
Weld precisely and consistently with the Swagelok® M200 orbital welding system, which provides cost-effective, reliable orbital gas tungsten arc welds (GTAW) for stainless steel tubing and pipe. Make quality welds with fewer preparations than manual welding. Orbital welding also poses less of a fire hazard, helping your facility avoid incidents and injuries.
Choose from a wide range of gauges designed for all types of pressure and service conditions. Multiple-mount configurations make our gauges easy to install. Additional devices include pressure transducers, flow sensors and thermometers.
Our pressure-reducing (spring- or dome-loaded), back-pressure (spring- or dome-loaded), and specialty regulators include standard and custom options to match your equipment or instrumentation needs. Also, get compact high-purity, high-flow gas regulators that allow for close spacing of system components and process lines.
Avoid particulate contaminants leading to inaccurate analyzer readings or other downstream problems. Our particulate filters and coalescing filters are designed to preserve the integrity of your water treatment and sampling processes.
Source reliable tubing from us, including support systems, swaging tools, tube benders, and tube cutting and preparation tools. Our catalogs contain detailed product information including materials of construction, pressure and temperature ratings, and tubing options that allow you to build systems that last.
Our process and instrumentation valves in single-seat, ball, and other configurations provide reliability and require low maintenance. Swagelok® 40 series and 60 series ball valves are known for durability and the ability to suit a wide range of system conditions in water and wastewater treatment plants. Also, turn to us for check valves, needle and metering valves, relief valves, and plug valves.
