Swagelok connects you to more choices that create process, safety, and cost benefits. We consults with food, beverage, and dairy plant engineers, as well as equipment builders, to develop standard and custom components that meet food-grade requirements and clean-in-place (CIP) and steam-in-place (SIP) standards. These are all backed by the Swagelok Limited Lifetime Warranty

Whether you need fittings for corrosive environments, extreme temperatures, or high pressure, we have a variety of reliable, leak-tight products for use in chemical processing.
Orbital welding is effective in joining stainless steel tubing where the products flowing through them need to be maintained in a sterile or clean condition. Make quality, repeatable orbital gas tungsten arc welds (GTAW) for both tubing and pipe using our lightweight, portable system.
Our PRS series pressure-reducing and TBRS series tank blanketing regulators are compliant with FDA/USP Class VI regulations and feature 316L stainless steel components and EPDM seals. They are designed for pressures up to 232 psig (16 bar) and are available with sanitary clamp end connections.
